JobPost collects the information needed to operate hiring, service marketplace, messaging, application, and workspace features. This can include account details, profile information, job and service content, applications, proposals, uploaded files, messages, reports, and usage activity.
We use this data to provide the platform, protect users from abuse, process workflows, improve marketplace quality, send product notifications, and respond to support or moderation requests.
Uploads and workspace records may be stored with cloud infrastructure providers. Payment details, when used, are handled by payment processors rather than stored directly by JobPost.
When you choose to enable PAIchat, your conversations may be shared with PersonalAI (PAI) to provide personalized assistance. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive information through assistant chat.
You can request account help, data review, or deletion support from the Contact page. Some records may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, legal obligations, transaction records, dispute handling, or platform safety.
